We have vast experience of managing and maintaining properties in the local area. And we fully understand the challenges faced by landlords, especially in the ever-changing legal environment in which we operate.
Our property finder service is fixed at £1,500 for purchases Under £400,000. Above this amount, we charge 1.5% of the total priced. A deposit of £500 is due at the start and is deducted from final fees.
Our typical tenant finder fee is 20% of the gross monthly rent plus the direct cost of any referencing checks. The typical ongoing management cost is 5% of the gross monthly rent.
